Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes).
Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using USPS, but may also use UPS or FedEx depending on order size and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you
